Thank My God

Inspired by Facebook thoughts, I want to express my personal thanks to God. I don't speak for anyone else, don't expect anyone to share my view, and yet I feel a desire to lay my stuffing open a bit for a very small audience to see.

I'm thankful to God for acts of kindness: The person to person type that I can only explain by the existence of a higher power. Yeah, that's probably best described as Love. But its not a gushy feeling of love alone that translates into acts of kindness. There's a mysterious process that happens when the selfish feeling of love becomes a selfless act of kindness. I'm thankful to the God who makes that happen.

Now pass the goddamn gravy. I love that with my stuffing.
